Currently there is no valid legal requirement for lactose-free products, but only a recommendation of the German Food Chemistry Society, according to which the lactose content should be below 0.1%. Our lactose-free cream products meet this requirement. The fat content can be adjusted according to the customer's individual requirements. Available as fresh or gently heat-treated cream and, if desired, with various stabilising systems. Our customized developed milk products based on cream are also available as lactose-free versions on request.
