We develop and produce customized and tailor-made mixed fats from Premium German Butter, concentrated butter or fractionated butterfat combined with one or more vegetable fats such as rapeseed oil or coconut oil.

The total fat content and the percentage of vegetable fat in the mix are individually adjusted to your specifications as to meet defined requirements for specific foreign markets for example. It is also possible to add more ingredients including yoghurt, skimmed milk, salt, flavors etc.

Individual customized fat mixes made with milk fats  

Mixed fats are used in many milk fat products today. For example, as spreadable fat, then mostly in combination with a more neutral vegetable oil, such as rapeseed oil, which improves the spreadability of butter. In some foreign countries, the addition of a small proportion of vegetable fat to premium German butter or concentrated butter provides our customs tax advantages for imports. However, the use of mixed fats can also bring advantages for the production of food by combining the good taste and pleasant mouthfeel of milk fat with the advantages of vegetable fat.

We adjust the milk fat percentage and the total fat content of mixed fats according to your specifications. The taste profile can be influenced by a clever combination of our milk fats either with neutral or with vegetable fats with a strong original taste. It is possible to add other milk products such as cream, buttermilk or yoghurt. In addition to mixed fats, we also develop individual milk fat compounds as an ingredient for your products on request.

The milk for the production of all of our milk fats at the two productions sites in Uelzen and Bismark comes from milk producers in the surrounding region and is freshly delivered to us every day through the member dairies and milk supply cooperatives affiliated with us.
