They are a tailor-made alternative for the use of other standard butter products. It is possible to incorporate additional ingredients into your personal mixed fats product. The use of a combined product can make it easier to add ingredients, especially if they cannot be easily metered or processed in dry form.
As a basis and / or ingredient for customer-specific butterfat compounds we can use premium German butter, recombined butter, concentrated butter but also individual milk fat fractions or other milk products such as e.g. cream.
