Tailor-made butter and butterfat compounds for your production  

Simplify your production processes by using especially for you developed butter and butterfat compounds, for example for the production of baked goods or confectionery. They are a tailor-made alternative for the use of other standard butter products. It is possible to incorporate additional ingredients into your personal mixed fats product. The use of a combined product can make it easier to add ingredients, especially if they cannot be easily metered or processed in dry form.

As a basis and / or ingredient for customer-specific butterfat compounds we can use premium German butter, recombined butter, concentrated butter but also individual milk fat fractions or other milk products such as e.g. cream. By modifying the recipe, we can set the physical properties individually, e.g. in terms of fat composition, melting properties or viscosity. In close coordination with you, we optimize your milk fat premixes precisely to the requirements of your production processes and the desired properties of your finished product.
