As a specialist for sweetened condensed milk, we are known for our wide range of different product variants for the most diverse applications. This also includes some special products such as these blends of sweetened condensed milk and vegetable fats. We usually use coconut oil or palm oil for our blends, the palm oil can be sourced from RSPO certified sustainable cultivation if desired. The total fat content of our blends of sweetened condensed milk and vegetable oils is 8%. The proportion of vegetable fats can be between 2.4 - 8%, meaning that the milk fat can be either partially or completely replaced by vegetable fats.  

The addition of vegetable fat to sweetened condensed milk is particularly popular in Asia. As an alternative to normal sweetened condensed milk, these products are traditionally used there as coffee creamers and for whitening tea, as well as for making cocoa drinks. In principle, however, the mix of sweetened condensed milk with vegetable fats can be used for all applications for which sweetened condensed milk is usually used.   

According to the desired fat composition, we can develop and produce the right recipe for your application at the Warmsen site on request. After adjusting the fat and sugar content in the milk, the production is then carried out by a purely physical removal of water in the evaporator by a gentle heating process. This ensures the best processing properties and good sensory characteristics in the finished product. Our mixed products made from milk and vegetable fat are also high-quality, natural clean label products without additives.  

Our condensed milk range is complemented by recipes with Kosher, Halal, Organic and/or Fairtrade labels as well as a caramelized sweetened condensed milk with a beautiful dark colour and very intense taste. In addition to sweetened condensed milk, we produce many other milk-based ingredients such as anhydrous milk fat, cream, skimmed milk powder or even mixed fats made from milk fat with added vegetable fat.
