Quark preparation (100% cow's milk) made from lactose-free skimmed milk quark, skimmed milk yoghurt and low-fat yoghurt. The product has a fine, slightly sour taste and a smooth texture.

The lactose content is below 0.1%. The fat content of the standard product is below 1.0%. Composition and fat content of this product can be customized to the customer’s specifications. Prolonged shelf life due to gentle heat treatment.

Claims: “lactose-free”, as long as the final product does not contain any lactose from other ingredients. Currently there is no legal requirement in place in Germany but rather a recommendation of the German Food Chemistry Society according to which the lactose content should be below 0.1%.
