Made from fresh pasteurized milk (100% cow's milk) and sugar by purely physical, partial removal of water by evaporation. The standard fat content is 8 %. The fat and sugar content as well as the texture and viscosity can, however, be adjusted to customer specifications on request.

The caramelised version of our sweetened condensed milk is ideal for making toffees, soft milk caramels and other sweets as well as caramel cream as a delicious spread. It has a darker colour than our normal sweetened condensed milk, a rather viscous consistency and a convincing clean caramel taste.
Of course, we also produce our caramelised condensed milk variant as a pure clean label product, completely without the use of additives such as stabilisers or colouring agents. The added sugar ensures a sucrose content of more than 40 % with a dry matter content of approx. 70 %. On request, these parameters and the fat content of normally 8 % can also be adapted to your specifications. With all our recipes we always pay attention to good technical processing on our customers' various production facilities. An important component of this is, for example, the optimal control of the crystallization process in the production of our condensed milk products.
